I wrote a Sponge plugin that makes end portals take you to a distinct end. I call it Dortals (distinct portals). It's still in development but I'll upload some .jars eventually.
Anyway! I want to defeat all 128 Ends in a Minecraft world. This is that quest. I'll write an update when I feel like it~
(one might argue this game is unsuited to written-text. one may be correct, but)
Rules (may expand):
- Survival, of course, and no cheats!
- No external tools to help me find the strongholds. I can do the math manually, with pen and paper, to determine their location in a ring if I want.
- I will not break crafting tables, furnaces, beds, or chests. I want to leave a record of where I have been!
- Prefer life over death (ie: no "hunger resetting"); I want to come out of this with as few deaths as possible.
- Live as a nomad; No home base. I'll carry everything I need on me, with a max of 1 shulker box and 5 bundles.
- No nether fast-travel to strongholds. Navigation must be done in the overworld. Nether portals must be built at locations of lava, or ruined portals.
- No moving water to farm; Farms must be at natural water locations
I might write other little plugins as I go to change the experience. For example, I want to make uncooked meats "spoil" in your inventory if not cooked. Thinking of doing this like how random ticks work? Unsure, I'll let you know.

mc128/day22: We begin! I gear up, somehow survive a challenging Nether, and defeat the first dragon. May she rest in peace. Oh, and tragedy befalls me. How could I forget?
mc128/day49: I recover from my death, die twice more, and fully defeat the first ring of strongholds. I also find two bugs in the software I'm using, one quite serious.
mc128/day53: Wherein she dies, finds another bug, and gets sent back to world spawn. Uh oh.
mc128/day69: More death, and lots of it. And the defeation of two ends in ring 2.
